Contents and Main Forms of Partnership of the Organizations

The article defines the contents and the main forms of partnership of the organizations. In article various approaches of scientists to category “partnership” definition are considered, and also such forms of partnership, as vertical integration and horizontal integration are considered. The material about an important form of regional networks of partnership – science and technology parks in which effective and mutually advantageous interaction of a science, education and production is reached is stated. The author concludes that the partnership becomes steady and long-term is drawn only if each partner sees, and objectively estimates specific motives and economic interests of other subjects of cooperation, mutual benefit of cooperation.
