The Suspension Brackets Amulets Representing Animals from Territory of Northeast ?aucasus of Alban-Sarmatian Time
The author analyzes the amulets-suspension brackets of alban-sarmatian time, representing animals, found on monuments of Northeast Caucasus. Some types of the suspension brackets connected with a kind of the esteemed animal are allocated, conditions of their detection are considered, stylistic features, chronology, given the ethnographic parallels. On the basis of the spent analysis the author selects two chronological pieces on which extent described amulets-suspension brackets were used most actively, and also zones where this or that kind of an animal was the most esteemed, proving correctness of archaeological conclusions on the ethnographic data.
