The article is dedicated to analysis to essence and natures authorities, her(its) place in process public reproduction and dialectical intercoupling power and powerful relations to usages of the person.
Author concludes that power – a form of the manifestation to primary need to live to account other, is expressed in relations between people, under which one side (powerful) acts upon behavior and activity other (under powerful) for the reason satisfactions of their own need with the help of different facilities and ways, worked out in the course of developments society.
The Manifestations authorities form the powerful relations to usages of the person.
