Financial Mechanisms of the State Policy of Ensuring Economic Security of Russia

The peculiarities of the development and implementation of the ﬁnancial mechanisms of the state policy of ensuring the economic security of Russia in the conditions of development management are deﬁned. The author touches upon the questions of formation of these ﬁnancial mechanisms in the aspect of the resolution of the internal contradictions of the functioning of the Russian ﬁnancial sector. As the basic tool of conﬂict resolution proposed a mechanism of public control of this sphere as the most efﬁcient form of interaction between the state, business and population.
