Institutional Analysis of Consumer Behavior Foundtation

The article focuses on economic-sociological analysis and concrete of consumer behavior phenomena and de? nition in the context of institutional methodology, represented by two scholars: T. Veblen (institutionalism analysis erector) and neoinstitutionalist D. Nort. Common methodological particularity characteristics of institutional analysis of consumer behavior also given. The author considers consumption in the context of social structure, analyzes the problem of consumer behavior motivation and determines it’s place in the structure of market interactions.
