About the Subject of the Research Methodology of the Society and its Interaction with the Government

The article is devoted to the subject of the methodological research of the society and its interaction with the government during the various historical periods. Based on the theory of social constructivism the author develops the typology of the society and its interaction with the government, examines the peculiarities of Russian civil society, shows the role of the elite in building various types of interaction between the society and government.
