Semantic Oppositions as a Means of Realization of Contrast in the Bible Text

The article deals with the peculiarities of Bible text in the view of its composition based on contrast. One analyses semantic oppositions participating in realization of contrast at the level of form and content. One defines basic semantic contrasts and types of antonyms used for their realization. One considers the role of antonymous cohesion in formation of Bible text integrity.
