Debatable problems ethno-political situations on Northern Caucasus in 1783-1816 years
The article dwells upon discussible questions of ethno-political situation in the North Caucasus at the end of 18th - beginning of 19th centuries. The influence of joining the Crimea and East Georgia upon the Russian North-Caucasian policy and the consequences of construction of some fortifications of the Caucasian Line for the dynamics of resettlement of North Caucasian nations are being discussed. Some factors, which worsened the relations between Russia and local nationalities in 1783-1816, are being studied.
